First time customer

Packaging was sturdy, and not over-sized. Delivery was on time ! Bundle of soaps smelt lovely on opening the box today, and the friendly note inside was a nice touch. Haven't yet tried the soaps, but if they use as good as they smell, then I'm in for a treat !

Plastic free bundle.

Really pleased with my order. Arrived in good time with zero fuss and the product was as depicted on the website! Just started my first soap and I can definitely say I will be reordering. My only issue, and it’s an observation not a complaint, is that I live in a very hard water area (London) and you do need to use more to get a laver so I don’t think the bars will last that long. If I am not using them correctly I am happy to be educated. I also need a decent soap dish to stop it going ‘slimy’. Overall great palm oil free product from a great small business!

Soap Folk

Hi Lucy, Sorry to take a while to reply to this one and thank you for your feedback which is an interesting point to make. These soaps are not very bubbly because we use a high amount of nourishing olive, shea and cocoa butters, rather than coconut oil which boosts lather but can be a little drying for the skin. It works just as well though and should be more moisturising? Fiona is planning to do a blog post to explain this a bit better as it is an interesting point. We are also in a hard water area here in the Stroud Valleys. The right soap dish/soap drainage will certainly help stop any soap from going slimy and should help with longevity too. We usually find that our soaps last quite well compared to other natural soaps and they tend not to crack like some non-natural soaps which makes them last longer too. We hope that answers your observations but do let us know if not, at
