Our returns policy is very simple. If you’re not 100% happy with your soap folk products, you can return them to us within 14 days for a full refund. All we ask is that you send us the products unused and in their original packaging.
Just let us know you have something to return and we will send you a return number and a return address.
If it's the whole order you're returning we'll also refund the original delivery charge too but please note we do not cover the cost of posting back the item.
Once we have received your products, we will process a refund for you. This may take up to 7 days.
You are legally entitled to cancel an order before it is dispatched. As we usually aim to dispatch the same day we receive an order, you will have only have a small window of opportunity. It's best to contact us as soon after you have placed your order. If your order has already been dispatched you can return them to us within 14 days for a full refund.
