Questions we get frequently asked

Why is oatmilk good for your skin?

Oat milk is great for reducing inflammation, gently cleansing and hydrating the skin. Oat milk is rich in essential proteins and minerals such as Vitamin B which reduces inflammation and dryness. It also has lactic acid that acts as an exfoliant and enzymes that help soothe the skin.

Which skin types are oats particularly good for?

Oats are suitable for everyone, even the most sensitive skin types. Oats soak up excess oils on your skin and their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties (owed to the presence of different types of protective phenols in oat's natural composition) also help to treat dry skin and remove dead skin cells.

Is lavender suitable for all skin types?

Lavender has a gentle floral fragrance and is an all-around great pick for an essential oil to use on most skin types. It is calming, gentle, nourishing and can reduce the appearance of blemishes giving your skin a youthful glow
