Sometimes, we all need to literally learn how to relax. 

Looking after ourselves has never been so important. It’s been a pretty crazy year so far, and the ripples reach far and wide. Whether it’s learning to spin multiple plates (home schooling, anyone?) or facing life behind a mask, finding a way to manage anxiety will help give you the strength to deal whatever is round the corner.

Regularly practising a stress-relieving technique will help you look after your mind and body.

Guided exercise for deep relaxation

We have teamed up with Flo Cross of Floga, the youngest yoga teacher in the UK, to bring you a 10 minute guided relaxation video suitable for the whole family.

Recorded from her lavender filled home in the Stroud Valleys, Flo's perfectly soothing voice will lead you into a blissful state of deep relaxation.Let go of tension, feel calmer, re-energised, and you may even find you sleep better. 

Grab yourself an eye-pillow and a mat or blanket and you are good to go.
