Look what’s back on the Soapery shelves! A couple of classics have made a return, but with a little difference. We’ve given chamomile rescue balm and rosehip body oil a fresh new look. Modern, elegant and sustainable, these bodycare heroes were worth waiting for.
One of our first ever products, these little balms appeared at craft fairs in the Stroud Valleys back in the early days of Soap Folk. Great for soothing over-washed hands, rough patches of skin, cracked heels and elbows and even sunburn. It’s such a useful balm, we even use it in the workshop to take care of our hardworking hands. It took a little rest whilst we focused on making soaps, but we’re delighted to bring it back to the Soapery for 2021.
Nourishing, yet quick to absorb, this is a lovely body oil for everyday use. The hero ingredient, rosehip extract, softens and smooths all skin types, including sensitive and mature. It’s been on the wish-list for many of our customers over the last few years, so we’re delighted to give it a well deserved “glow-up”.
We’ve updated our bottle labels to use a new compostable material, which makes our eco footprint that much lighter. These new transparent labels bring into focus the hero botanical ingredients, so delightfully rendered for us by our designer Susie. We’ve kept the traditional amber bottles, as they help preserve the quality of our natural ingredients. We hope you like the new look!
